I was about to upload all my server's Map as im thinking of Closing my server, it consist of 8 map. IF im allowed to upload all of it, I'll do it. thanks

As long as everything on the map is of your own creation or you have permission from the other people who built there you should be fine

Actually, you're half right.
If it is yours, then feel free to upload it. However if it was made by someone else, you can't because ultimately, permission or not it still isn't yours to upload.
