A man stumbles out of a bar who has had far too much to drink. He is wearing all black with nothing reflective on, there are no street lights on, and no moon out. The inebriated man stumbles into the middle of the street just as a dark colored sedan with no headlights on screeches around the corner headed straight for the man. At the last second, the car swerves around the man and continues on. How is this possible?

Well done. But your reasoning is a little flawed. The moon can still be out in daylight. The other lights being off is the more logical reasoning
