Skinpack Transfer?

Hey, I was wondering if skinpacks transfered. I'm buying a PS4 in July, and I was wondering if I could transfer my skinpacks I bought on PS3 over to PS4. I bought the Skyrim one, both of the festive ones, and skin pack 3. And I really want to play as Gordon Freeman in PS4 without spending more money, haha.

If I'm not mistaken, I remember when I got Minecraft for my Xbox One, I had everything from my Xbox 360. Maps, skinpacks, texturepacks.

Probably not. If Playstation allows you to use a global account across both consoles and lets you download any titles you've purchased and played on your PS3 digitally, it makes sense that they would. However, most titles are updated and resold when you purchase a newer-gen console. This might be something you'd want to contact Playstation support about before you buy your new console.
