The MCU server is only on Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition and is not on the computer version of Minecraft. The MCU server was built in creative mode but is set in survival mode to get the best quality buildings, games, and "playability". MCU also includes factions, currency, a transit system, and a minigame world.
How to join the server:
Send a friend request to "Kernul Sanders" on Xbox Live.
How to obtain building rights:
Sign up at the MCU forums.
