We operate 24/7 via a help desk and we are open to any questions you have regarding running or setting up Minecraft server communities. No, if we were to focus on behalf of their advertisation and they didn't approve of such methods used, they could claim that we had nothing to do with them and have us as a team reported in which then initially gives us a bad image. Either way, we do require to see or have quoted a 'plan' of such (related to the department contacted) so we can see the potential/lack of potential in that the job benefits the community or community-to-be. Also, as we operate via a helpdesk, people are always free to ask questions freely so whatever the query is, people have the opportunity to find out more information so they know what to expect before asking for a job to be completed. To resolve any confusion-If there is any, we don't just help with ingame issues in regards to modpacks and plugins, we install and configure plugins, we build custom modpacks and ensure they work to a set standard; we also help with building ingame alongside as having agents on the helpdesk to answer questions whether they be how to configure the server properties or a query about a job.

Nevertheless, it is a good idea. If I had enough free time I would have applied for "Support Representative", but I am afraid that I cannot apply.
