Can Someone Turn This Into a YT Banner?

I am not good with resizing pictures or even how to make it fit the YT banner size, so can anyone please turn the top part of this picture, into a YT banner? That's all. As long as you can see the tops of the skyscrapers it is fine.

I sorta made it into a banner already. Making the image itself look ok wasn't the hard part. The hardest part for me was coming up with what to put in that banner. Any ideas?

Youtube banners are quite large images (2120x1192 at the minimum) In order to get a good-looking banner you're gonna need an image at LEAST 1920x1080.

The image isn't really good enough resolution to be changed. It'd look pixelated at 1080p, or even lower, because you'd need to stretch it to fit, and it's only 469x388. I can try if you want, though it'd look fuzzy & pixelated.
