Can somebody build me a massive island (Australia)

I need a gigantic island for my server, and if anyone is really good at Worldpainter or something. Can you help me build a massive island, like Australia. (roughly 100000 blocks wide)

I'm wondering... is that JUST the surface? Or is that under ground included too?
