No credit!
OK. So. This actually happened a while ago but I recently saw a tweet that reminded me of it, so I'd like to bring it up. The tweet was telling Minecraft youtubers to credit people if they play their maps. What it reminded me of was when I made a map, mushroom sprint parkour (http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/mushroom-sprint-parkour/), and asfjerome and vikkstar123 played it. Vikkstar gave a link but it was the wrong link, while Jerome didn't even give a link. I've kind of realized that I want it to be recognized, while before I just blew it off.
PLEASE HELP?
PS
In the version of the map that Jerome and vikk played, there was a jump that looked like a swastika, but I promise you it wasn't intended, and I changed it.

honestly just attempt to contact them and if they don't answer back then oh well, make another map and most likely they will play it because let me say sir you are quite talented at building.

Not much you can do about it. Just put signs around saying you made it.

You should have done what everyone else does: put signs at the beginning with your username, the map name, where they can find you, etc.,

I did at the end

How exactly do you want us to help? Not only is it kinda hard to contact YouTubers as they get so many messages every day, it isn't illegal if they don't put a link in the description. Of course, it's respectful and, you'd think, common courtesy to include the link but not everyone does. It's pretty much just something you have to deal with.
