Just a note that might help you a bit:
Instead of just saying: "I need builder, Come now!!!!! >:( "
You should offer them something in return for building your hub.
Example:
Person. A says yes to build the hub. When Person. A finishes the hub he wants staff or a rank. Then you give them that rank, and poof! You got yourself a player, and they are happy too :)
