I am new to using scoreboards in redstone and I need to have a command block setup to teleport a player when they have the lowest score out of all of the players in the world. I've researched this and I know you can use the > and < operators with scoreboards, but I can't figure out how to do this. Does anyone know?

/tp @p [x] [y] [z] A<B

where A is lowest score, and B is the score of other peoples.
Now i am not sure u can actually input the variables A and B like that into command block, after all its not a computer and doesn't accept code.

But the /tp @p will direct the command to the person who triggers it.

My best bet would have 2 command blocks (for the sake of recognition A and B)

So A will calculate score and when it finds the lowest score it will turn on and act like a redstone torch or block and power B which will then tp the player.

I based this on my knowledge which MIGHT be outdated.
But you can always find detailed tutorials on youtube.

What kind of scale are scores on? 1-10? 1-100? 37.86-532.84?
