/give potion not working 1.9

Alright, another noobie question. Why isn't this commands working:
I get the regular thing, not modified. I'm guessing 'tag' is in the wrong place, perhaps?
/give @p minecraft:potion 1 0 {Potion:"minecraft:invisibility",tag:{CustomPotionEffects:[{Amplifier:1,Duration:200,Id:14}],display:{Name:"Stealth"}}}I get the regular thing, not modified. I'm guessing 'tag' is in the wrong place, perhaps?

It's 1.9, early development. I still play mostly 1.7.10 anyways.

Try: /effect @p <id>
/effect @p 1 = speed
.

/effect @p 1 = speed

.

Remove the "tag" tag. (tag!)
/give @p minecraft:potion 1 0 {Potion:"minecraft:invisibility",CustomPotionEffects:[{Amplifier:1,Duration:200,Id:14}],display:{Name:"Stealth"}}1
Try getting rid of he "potion" tag...

The data tag is wrong. Look up how to do it. Check the Minecraft forums for The most amount of help.

I'm assuming you mean Potion:"minecraft:invisibility" But I know that's correct, that's one of the changes they made in 1.9.
