Making 8bit games in Minecraft. IDEAS NEEDED!
Hi, I'm Drakonslof. And I have a desire to recreate a simple game in Minecraft. I first had an idea to make space invaders, which I will, if nobody gives me a better idea. It could be any game from super Mario to donkey kong, just one thing: It must not rely solely on colour display, which, unfortunately I have yet to design in Minecraft. I imagine you can do Space invaders with skeletons in minecarts, and the minecart track gets powered on and off on a downhill track so that they can stop and start.
Oh no, I am going to make a big screen with pixels, so that I have more freedom, and everything will look cleaner, and also it will be much easier to interpret other 8 bit games like that, I just need ideas on which ones.
