Render of a Blockbench model
I've been thinking of improve the thumbnails of my textures but i don't know how to do a render of a blockbench model, what would be the best program for this?

as far as I know, Sketchfab is a quick and easy way to render models, but I'm not sure if it's possible to screenshot with a transparent background

blender its a modeling program you might be able to find a tutorial to convert block bench to blender LOL

Export as gltf, import the gltf model into blockbench
Blockbench has an option to export as .OJB files, those can be put into Blender - blender is a lot more advanced than Blockbench though so it might take a while to work out how to add textures and get a good render.
