Rules
1. I'd prefer appropriate clothing, like no bikini stuff. No idea why that would happen in this theme tho.
2. Nothing offensive.
3. I'm judging alone bc I don't do well in judge crowds :,)
4. Skin must be made entirely by you, duh.
5. Place the photo you used for the inspiration on your skin, doesn't have to be from here it can be from google or whatever lol
6. Tag me Whiteout- on the skin so I can find it easily please thank you!
7. Special extra badge gained if there is a short story in the skin's description, but actually try on the short story if you do it. xD
8. Player skins only
9. HD player skins allowed
