I've made a ton of skins the past few days, but when I use them in game my friends only see me as Steve. I realized all of the skins I made were made for Java, how do I change it so that it is a "HD Bedrock Skin"???

go to PMC skin 3d. and go into the edit tab and click increase resolution. Done :)
You should just be able to use the default skin upload thing on Bedrock. I know that Bedrock has a ton of issues with displaying the right skin on players in Multiplayer so if they're seeing Steve that's probably why
