So I've started making skins and uploading them to the site. I log in today and find that all my created skins have changed, the colors are MUCH BRIGHTER than I'd made them. I don't know if this is a 1.8 thing, if this is the site, or whatever, but I'm panicking, about how my skins look!
Is there any way i can just darken the entire skin? I've been trying to individually recolor each block, but it's never quite the same... Any help would be so appreciated, it would really save me a lot of trouble, while allowing me to upload satisfactory content to you guys

Thank you both, that really helps me a lot and was exactly what i wanted :
If you go to miners need cool shoes, they have a filter which lets you adjust the hue, saturation, and/or brightness all at once for an entire skin. You could use that to drop the brightness of your whole skin.
There's a program called McSkin3d (type it into google, Paril made it ). Basically change the brush to the biggest square there is, and use the lighten / darken tool to change it
