I know that I'm only on level one on this site, but I have a lot of experience making things like this. First we would work on the French Quarter, you would build based on the actual French Quarter. We would communicate quite a bit with the city design. If you help to build, you will get a large house in the quarter with your name on it! I hope to get as many volunteers as I can. We will also be building the garden district, the central business district, and a lot more. If you've been to New Orleans or if you have a lot of experience building I'd love to have you!
