Need Builders and Landscapers

I am in need of a REALLY good landscaper/custom terrain maker and 5-10 good builders.
I am making a custom plugin and map which needs a good landscaper (very important) and some builders for the cities.
I am offering:
Landscaper: Admin and Op on server once landscape is done
Builders get GM1 and builder status on server.
Respond with:
Age: I really don't care about age, or any justification of your age. Just put your age and nothing else.
Position: Landscaper or Builder
In Game name IGN: Your name in minecraft.
Skype: Needed if no skype this wont work, I need to be able to communicate.

Landscapers (or any builders with high skill) dont usually come for free (or for just a rank). If you want, I can worlpaint a map for you for a small sum. I have serious experience in worldpainting, despite the fact that I have not posted any on PMC yet. It depends wholly on what you want and how large you want it.

Give me an estimate on a its big, think of skyrim. I will send you the map for the plugin that im making, kinda like dynmap but different. Thats all I wish to indulge at the moment. But look at the attached file to get an idea i was thinking 10k x 10k or bigger.
