Need ONE builder for an all new server! [Staff reward]

Hello there. I need ONE professional builder to build a spawn for my server. By professional, I mean PROFESSIONAL!!! Here are the requirements:
-Can be in any theme you like, as long as it looks epic
-Must be completed within a week (the sooner the better)
If your application is accepted, you will get gm just to build the spawn. If I approve of the spawn you will be given the rank of Trial-mod, which normally takes weeks to achieve.
If you give yourself or other players items with your gm or abuse this power I am giving you, you will be banned.
