SERVER NETWORK NEEDS EXPERIENCED PLUGIN DEVELOPER

Hello There!
Introduction
My name is Michael, or MickMac123, and I am a Minecraft Server Network owner with Multiple servers, such as Factions, Prison and KitPvP (still under construction) and I would like a plugin maker just to help with some basic plugins in a compilation of sorts for my HUB server. My server also has 72GB of RAM and BungeeCord etc.
What you will need:
- To be an experienced Java Coder that can make plugins
- Skype
- A Mic
- To speak english
What you get for being a Dev:
For being a Developer you will be the rank below Owner but above Admin. You will be a server Operator but you can not have console, as I do it directly through SSH into my dads buisness' firewall.
How to become a Dev:
All you would need to do is fill some questions
