The greenlight process takes time, there are lots of other users in the same situation, our site mods work through the greenlights as fast as they can, so you need to be patient. however seeing as your account is now level 2 you can remove the pending project and re upload it as level 2+ can upload texture packs without the need of waiting for greenlight
