How to make additional textures :D ?

Hi everyone
I'm currently in the process of making a tp. It is currently at 100 % but I want to add additional textures, like in bdubs texturepack, but I don't know how to do it. I know it's about JSON coding and such, but i don't know how to do it myself.
Anybody who knows, how to do it.?

Additional textures, as in 3D models ? If that's what you mean, go here :
http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Programs ... D_modeling
The programs listed here will be what you use to create the actual model. After that you will need to export it as a .json file ( this depends on the program you choose, but you can always just search up a tutorial on youtube )
