Hello,
I'm looking for the default minecraft texturepack with a green sky with no sun, as I wish to use it as a green-screen for a more realistic sky via adobe after effects. Is this possible? If so please help me out!
Many Thanks

Try using the skybox feature of mcpatcher. I haven't don't it myself, but I know it exists and there is information on the Mcpatcher topic.
BTW Almost all features of mcpatcher are supported by Optifine. The one I'm aware of that isn't is the translucent overlay on transparent blocks which hardly anyone uses anyway.

Ahh one last question, will I be able to use MCpatcher alongside the shaders mod, as I can't seem to figure a way out how to install them both onto the same profile.

So is this actually possible? If so please give me directions on what to do, thanks for all the help so far btw!

I think it's possible for a texture pack to change the sky with optifine but I'm not sure.
the clouds and the sun are easy you just replace the textures with translparancy.

there is no way to change the sky color/texture without a mod
you could use the custom sky mod included with mcpatcher
but thats quite complicated
just use a "traditional" greenscreen

I cant seem to find skycolor0 in resource packs, seems like much has changed, I can give you a texture pack other than that, I have no idea I've looked through ever folder and even referenced from a texture pack a friend of mine has made, its called Chroma Hills btw.. but yea no luck here.

Not sure if you can do that or not. I've been playing around with the texture pack I use and I changed the sun but I couldn't get the sky to change.

I can't seem to get it to work even with mcpatcher, can someone please just send me a resource pack link with a green sky and nothing else?
I will be eternally grateful!

It is possible to make a green screened realistic sky, but i dont know how you would be able to get a green sky. you would have to find a mod that does that or mod the minecraft jar its self. Which is very complex.
