Welcome everyone!
I would like to ask everyone to give their opinions on a few textures I have been making for a resource pack, I would like to see if anyone thinks it's worth going ahead with and making it into an actual resource pack.
I am very grateful to anyone who leaves a comment, letting me know what the think of the textures I have made so far. Constructive criticism is welcomed, feel free to let me know if you think anything should be changed.
The textures shown below are: Oak Planks, Spruce Planks, Birch Planks, Stone Bricks, Mossy Stone Bricks, Cracked Stone Bricks, Carved Stone Bricks.

This is an in-game preview of the textures I have currently made.
As you can see they're not all seamless, but this will all be worked on.
It's the way I tend to work, I start off by making a base design and then edit them.

The pictures at the given resolution look great. If you are planing on making them higher rez, don't forget about the details!

Are they seamless textures?
(By that I mean do they connect with other blocks without a huge line)

At the moment a few of them have a very slight outline on some of them, which when in-game appears not seamless, but they will all be re-edited by the time the texture pack is released and will all be completely seamless on the release.
As a person who likes to do Texture/Resourcepack reviews I would like to say that those look fabulous as long as you dont drop the quality midway trough (Speling?) Anyway I would recommend you to continue on if you have motivation since that looks absolutely great so far!

I know what you mean, it's easy to start off but when you've half way through a texture pack there is always tendencies to loose the original motivation. I'll just take it slowly and see how it works out. I have added more textures since this post including: Bricks, Stone, Dirt, Grass, Cobblestone, Mossy Cobblestone & Bedrock.

Hey, I haven't really based it to any particular theme. I was just aiming for a realism texture pack, as I am just getting back into graphics design and thought this would be a good place to re-spark my interest.
I would consider myself a pretty good builder, but it's just an opinion.
