I Started a Minecraft World, But It's Always Night. Here's How It's going...

I really thought this would be really easy, I'm a pretty good Minecraft player especially when it comes to PVP and what not. All I really need to do is box up when I get low and make a shield ASAP and I'm fine right? Well I was very wrong. Getting food at the beginning might be the hardest thing ever. I made a video on it, go check it out I need some people to join me and my friend in this extremely difficult adventure as well.
