Looking to start YouTube with someone!

I'm looking for 1 person, maybe even more. I'm wanting to create a channel we can both do videos on or maybe do it like jack frags and Frankie on pc. Were they have separate channels and do videos on there own channel.
Requirements:
- Age above 14
- Time, must have lots of time to put into youtube and video creating
- Passion, the passion to create good videos and have fun at same time
- Mature, be mature as well
- TimeZone I want someone close to the UK time zone and I can consider for more timezones.
- Know what you doing, I want to know you have a recorder, editor and can produce good videos in 720HD
