[Recruiting] Paraduxs Animation Team (Blender)

Hello all, I'm writing this announcement to...announce:... I'm starting a new animation team going by the temporary name of "The "Paraduxs" Network". The team will require at least one member of the list below. If you would like to join and have multiple skills listed below, you can always go for both/all. The team will work mostly in Blender and other programs to be specified later I will update this when places are taken; feel free to still apply though.
I will only be accepting people with moderate skill and talent with in the specific subject. Please contact through PM.

Physics-sist (Working with cloth, water etc) - Me,
(I'm listed in all of them because by the example below, I can do these alone... The places are not taken though.)
Below, is an example of what I expect from each member. You do not have to be able to create similar, but it is what I'm looking for.
I made this render yesterday, with a mix of my rigs, some other peoples rigs and this http://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/ugly-sweaters-halloween-style-9-outfits/ skin. (Yes, look at the glorious watermark.)

This wouldn't be the place to request, but yes. Nothing for free, though.
But until this team can get some new members, it's just me, so work will not be quick, though, I'm pretty sure from the sample image, the skill is already there.
