Hey guys I'm a partner and I thought I could give a review to people's channels who need advice. I've been in the game for half a year, and I became a director for PhazerTV in 2 months. Last month I signed a two year contract with RPM network and ever since have been devoting my time to growing my channel and helping others get to the same level or hopefully higher. Even if you are partnered please leave your channel because I may still be able to help. I will do it similarly to the way SoupCanGaming did his reviews, I will review one video, then the whole channel.

I am relativity new so I don't expect to score that high on areas like the background, avatar, etc. But I have spent some money on a good gaming rig, audio equipment, and a screen recorder. I am contemplating getting a Blue Yeti mic or not so audio feedback will be appreciated! Aside from that I interested in what I score!

Very cool. It's one of the best non-partnered backgrounds I've seen in a while!

Again I don't really like the look of a minecraft skin head as an avatar, but yours is alright because it is kinda on a blue backing. I would get something a little more creative, but I guess it's fine.

Video I chose: Skyblock W/ Evan: Episode 3
Audio Quality- 5/10
You're audio was ok, but your friend was so quiet I heard like three things he said. Also, his voice was really glitchy...
Video Quality- 8/10
Very fuzzy. It's ok though. Just a bit clearer would fix it the problem.
Commentary- 3/10
Remember you are making a video for a reason. It seemed almost like you were playing with a friend and somebody accidentally turned the recorder on. Remember when you start that you have an audience listen to you. Also, acnowledge the audience at the beginning, it's just wierd if you don't...

Give some info about the video in the description. It's just a random generic description, they should change according to video, or at least series!

Video I chose: Team Fortress: Multiply a Weapon's Stats by 10 - Part 2
Audio Quality- 9/10
Audio was very good on the video for commentary. Your voice stayed on a generally level sound and was very clear. The game play however sometimes was too loud for the commentary itself, try to adjust audio levels to make sure that your audience can hear you over the game.
Video Quality- 10/10
Great video quality. Not much else to be said besides the fact that I can tell you are invested in getting good equipment for your channel.
Commentary- 8/10
Very good commentary but sometimes seemed like you weren't really aware there was an audience. You seemed to be more invested in the conversation you had with the other person. You did very well though!
Description-3/10
Very weak description. Besides the title, the description is the most important part of the video to attract viewers in the search engine. Bulk it up with some stuff that just says like "Playing team fortress online on this server... watch me do this" anything like that which would involve things people would search for!
Background- 9/10
Love the idea of mixing Team fortress into the background with your name. My only critique, is maybe to add some more to the name. It is slightly bland, but tht may have been the colors you were going for with IanTheOREO.
Avatar- 9/10
Once again love the avatar it looks great. The font is very bland though, it makes the avatar look like a quick job, if you make it something cooler for a font it can help your image a lot.

Your only real problem lies in staying on task with a commentary. Your audio, video, and everything else is fine, but you seem to get off track. I find it funny most of the time, but it can leave an audience disinterested. Finally, work on lengthening the description and using good tags! Other than that, I like the channel!

Video I chose: Zombie Apocalypse(with BLINDBAT99) part 2(read the description)
Audio Quality- 9/10
Game audio and voice audio had good levels, it was very clear, which is all that matters really to me as a viewer of an MC video.
Video Quality- 8/10
Very good quality, a couple spots were glitchy/laggy but besides that you got it good!
Commentary- 9/10
I loved how you guys had some good banter in a co-op game. Commentary was almost perfect, keep doing it!

With the background I feel that the lack of a youtube banner (the extra space at the top of the channel) is preventing me from creating a good youtube background :/
