Why aren't my videos showing up on the community/youtube page here when I upload to youtube?

I just uploaded a video but it's not showing up here when i navigate to the youtubers page and click on "latest videos". I'm new, so i'm not sure how this works. Would someone please explain it to me?

I don't think they're fixing it... just uploaded another one and it's not showing up.. :(
