So, whenever I write the name of the song my lyric of the day, I do it like this:
"Name of song" (Release date of album the song is from) band/artist that made the song
However, sometimes, I do singles from albums for my lyrics of the day, like, let's say, "Flight of Icarus" (which came out on April 11th, 1983). Now, hen I did that song as a lyric of the day, I wrote in the release date section the release date of the album it's from, Piece of Mind (which came out on May 16th, 1983). However, should I instead write the release date of the single when I do a single from an album.
An example of how it would change:
Original: "Flight of Icarus" (5-16-1983) by Iron Maiden
After Change: "Flight of Icarus" (4-11-1983) by Iron Maiden
"Name of song" (Release date of album the song is from) band/artist that made the song

Well, changing it won. Next time my lyric is from a single, I'll put the single's release date instead of the album.
