Making Anno 1800-like skyscraper

Hello everyone,
I was not very active for a while on this site and some of my projects are on pause. I recently started playing anno 1800 and I love the game, so I tried to build a skyscraper in the same look as in the game (only the main facade for the moment).
The first 2 floors will be dedicated to the shopping mall, the last one to the restaurant and all the other floors will be residential. What do you think about the architecture? Do you have any ideas for improvement? (I did this in 90 minutes).
