Labeling something as "Water cooling parts" doesn't mean anything. Give us some hard equipment (Swiftech comes to mind, and there is one other starting with Aqua or something like that does as well), some formula for the water, plans, anything. That would be like me delivering a fridge without any cooling piece on the back - sure, it's a fridge, but it's not going to work. Said someone may ask, "where is the cooling piece?", but saying "You realize the company made $150 of the fridge for the cooling piece right -__-" isn't going to make them believe me.

That's a bad analogy, I know, but I'm not able to think of a better one. Oh well.

Also your processor would rather melt or thermal throttle itself to nothing. You need a CPU cooler brah.

This...
Haswell-E has no stock CPU cooler. That CPU will fry itself in minutes, if not seconds.

The real question here is this:

Who, in their right mind, would WILLINGLY SPEND $5000 on a PC?!?

Do you have lots of money?

--- A lot of the Parts could be chosen differently... it seems like you decided to pick the highest price out of a lot of this stuff. I spent nearly $2000 and pull off a better spec in nearly all the fields here, besides the video card.

Performance & Quality and quantity are two different things... You don't need 4 Graphics card unless you are doing some major major rendering in like 20k res.

I have lots of money and I am telling you, you are spending to much.
