Would this build be able to run SEUS Shaders with Optifine?

Easily. I can run Standard at ~20 FPS and I have a 1.3Ghz APU. You'll rock a nice 60 or so with Ultra.

Hell yeah that would run shaders, it would run shaders with a good 30-60 fps, I have the same exact graphics card, it works like a dream! And with that i5 you'll be able to run Minecraft at around 100-300 fps! The only thing I would change is the motherboard look for a more expensive higher quality one, you don't want to cheap out on a motherboard!

The motherboard is fine u don't need to upgrade it.

What do you suggest, then?
Just to clarify, SEUS WILL support this GPU? One of the only reasons I am getting this computer is for shaders xD current computer won't run because has integrated GPU, Intel HD I think
