Building a new PC i need huge gelp ;-;

Ok so, im tired of my -snip- MAC. Im done whit it. I saved up to 2.5k for a year. Im ready to build a PC but im a huge "noob" at building PC's by that i mean i don't know good parts for PC. I hope there's someone in PMC that is good and can tell me :C Budget is 2.4k so ye.
