I've created a plan for my first pic build I'm not sure how good it is though, or if I've wasted money on anything unnecessary. So if you think I can make any changes or even if you have any suggestions for a new plan itself then please let me know! I want my PC to be able to run games like GTA V at medium - high settings, 40 - 60 fps and also be able to run upcoming games such as Battlefield 1 at medium settings (not at the same time obviously). I went slightly overbid get though However I probably can get cheaper alternatives.

By the way : my budget is: £400 ($600) Not including a screen, keyboard or Windows / OS. Also, I couldn't find a wifi card option anywhere...

Here's the build : http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Kchf9W I made it on an tablet so it may have some incompatibility errors.

I know I included the lower-power version of the i3-6100, but performance should be about the same. If you can spend the extra £7 to get the i3-6100, go for it.

GTA V is known to be very cpu heavy. OP, that 950 will get you med-high, but the processor will not. Get an intel i5 or i7 if you can afford it. If nothing else opt for an i3, as amd's lineup this past decade (more like 6/7 years) has been absolute ass.
EDIT: within reason, of course. with gta running on 8 cores, generally speaking more cores = better frames. So 8 core fx could outperform i5 on gta, depending on the specs

This build is cheaper. It includes a powersupply( You forgot it ) and a wifi card to put into your pci-e slot. The 950 should get you around 30-40 fps on medium settings. On, battlefield 1 you probably would be able to get 30 fps on medium or low settings since the graphics card is the thing holding you back. If you can save up around 100 more pounds then you can add in an gtx 1060 or rx 480.

It seems pretty fine, but you wont be able to achieve 40-60 fps in gta, I read it will only be around 30 fps. Also you wrote that the operating system wont be included. You say Windows or OS. The is no operating system call "OS" since OS stands for operating system. More likely would be Mac Os.

Get a better graphics card. I recommend a GTX 970 if possible. I doubt that you'd be able to get 40-60 fps on high settings with a 950. A GTX 970 should do the trick, but I'm no computer expert.
