HELP ME PLEASE MOUSE PROBLEMS!!!
I got this mouse/keyboard combo http://store.hp.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s ... 0aa-aba--1 And it worked fine the weeks I got this new computer and the mouse itself and now it doesnt work, It moves very slow I can click and all but nothing else (and scroll) PLEASE HELP ITS BUGGING ME
My specs:
Windows 8
3.5 GHZ
and 8GB Ram
Its really hard for me and I tried new batteries and even trouble shooting the mouse, and also if this has anything to do with it its 2.4GHZ

Why can't you just call up HP and ask them?
Ive checked the DPI and worked it on the other computer and that does not work
If you have another PC/Laptop or whatever, plug it into that and see if it works. If it does, then your drivers are not working, or it's simply broke. Like people have said, you've probably turned down the DPI and forgot about it, so check it over.

My computer has a Ethernet cable TheShadbusher and I did not buy it online nor is the sensitivity down.....
Is your computer connected to the network wirelessly? If so, it could be interfering with the wireless mouse communications. Both use the 2.4 GHz WiFi band.
Either that, or you turned the mouse movement speed down and forgot about it.

I reinstalled it nothing is better
Get a cord mouse?
Maybe try re-installing your mouse drivers? Some wireless mice need special drivers that might not have installed properly.
do u have stuff inter fearing with the wireless connection?

It's a wireless mouse, maybe check the batteries? Get some news ones.

The speed is set in the middle of the slow and fast no matter if I change it it doesnt help
