1. They Are Called Network, They Partner People Under Them
2. THEY ARE EXTREMELY Hard to Start i started one called exeon, we got everything we needed and then went stuff this cause of how hard it was getting.
3. to do this you need to be able to work on it pretty much 24/7 & you need A CRAP Tonne Of Money To Do IT
4. I Would Not Bother And just Make A Gaming Community That Just Uploads Peoples Stuff To Help Them Get Noticed Rather Than A Network

To make something like that your whole network (group of people) need to get around 50k views all together. Check out the TGN hand books! So its quite easy depending on the amount of people you have wanting to do it.
