It will always be a good/powerful computer as-long as you treat it well, but when a better processor comes out than that will be better ofcourse.. It's all down to how you treat it

like others said will be decent playing most new games for a few years unless things drastically improve in the time between now and 2016... Only thing i would get more of is HDD space but also depends what you use it for... 500gb-1tb standard for most pc's these days but always nice to have more and HDDs are rather cheap.

This is coming from someone who has 9tb internal and 5tb external lol

I have a very similar build. It should last you 2-4 years at least before its obsolete. and if youre building it yourself then you can just replace parts one by one to keep it up to date.

MY PC is similar, but better sowwy. It has 16GB of RAM and like 300GB of memory and it runs Minecraft and TF2 smoothly at like 200 frames.

How about RAM? I'd say you should get at least 8GB if you want it to last a while.

It'll be good for a few years at least. If possible i'd get a 760 or 7950.

id say a good couple of years, the cpu is 8 core... pretty good (i have the 6core edition )
the gpu is pretty good too.. and 2gb so plenty of graphic power..
although id suggest a ssd for operating system, and the 1tb for storage,
looks good though
