hey guys, I'm looking to buy a new gaming PC and I picked out everything that I want. I'm pretty sure everything is compatible but i really want to make sure before I go drop 800 bucks. I don't wan to spend all that money and have it not work. So if one of you has time and knows what they are doing can you help me out and let me know if something wont work. And the adapters are for the hard drive in my current PC. I will be taking it out and putting in the new rig. Will I need a fresh install of windows? This is my first time building a machine so any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks ahead of time! And let me know if the link doesn't work.

Well, your first problem is spending $120 on a case.

Pretty good Rig, just a little less powerful than what i've got at the moment. Saying that, i'd really advise you take a GTX 660 Ti rather then the 660, it'll help you alot

Almost my build exactly. The i5-4570 is a nice little processor from my experiance.
The EVGA gtx 660 is an awesome graphics card. It should be able to crush almost anything you throw at it. It does seem like you forgot to add a hard drive and a CPU cooler. Besides that, nice rig.

Well if it wouldn't be a problem i was just going to use my current hard drive from my PC now. But will that have conflicts with the new hardware? Would it be better just to wipe the old drive and buy a new copy of windows? And i think that the CPUs come with a cooler.

As far as I know, the components are all compatible. If your doing wireless internet, your going to need a wireless card or USB adapter. You can find those for about $40.

That's an amazing rig! I'd recommend an AMD processor, such as an 8350 though. I have one in my system and i've seen on benches it outperforms even a 3570k and 3770k. Plus it's only $180

Oh please. I very highly doubt that. AMD's top notch proc is about on par with the i5. Outperform a 3570k? Maybe. Outperform a 3770k? I doubt it.
