This will support Broadwell in the future and it also has one of the best GPU's at a great price.

What is this computer going to be used for?
Gaming, rendering and recording.
What is your budget?
$1400 AUS (Australian) for everything I included except the monitor (already sorted monitor)
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Australia
What is included in the budget?
Everything I included except no monitor.
Will you be overclocking?
Probably not.
Will you be reusing any parts?
No
What OS do you want?
8.1 64bit
Any specific case preferences?
Must have a window and if you can try and fit it all in a mini itx + mini itx mobo but if you can get better performance out of a normal case then fine.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
If there is not built in wifi or if it is really poor, I would need wifi.
Thanks!

The only thing I'd change with this would be the mouse (assuming you don't already have it). For the same money you could get one from Mad Catz that has more buttons, greater maximum DPI, more customize-ability, second scroll wheel, custom weight and an aircraft-grade aluminum plate on the bottom.

This is the mouse I've got and it works wonders. It's almost like cheating.

Replace italics with your answers.
What is this computer going to be used for?
List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi
