Get the extreme3 instead of the Pro3, it will be better for oveclocking. Also get a more reliable power supply such as the CX600, CX600m, CX750, or C750m from Corsiar.
Get the H100i if you plan on heavy overclocking. The Hyper 212 EVO will be perfectly fine for light/medium overclocking.

Seems pretty great. If you can afford it, go for the 780ti.

Your PC is awesome! I don't think upgrading it is necessary But if you have the money, you should get a SSD instead of a Hard Drive

my hdd is 1TB, i will probably take up around 500GB and a 500GB is expensive as poooooooo, so no thanks, i would rather put that money into my gpu
