Get fraps T-T
Just get fraps or bandicam.
QuickTime has a screen capture function, just make sure to set the mic setting correctly if you want sound.
OBS.
Fraps is one of the best recording software out there but It costs.
If you want a good quality you're gonna have to pay for it.

you can use recording devices such as ; Camtasia, Bandicam fraps
i use bandicam as its file sizes is good and my computer dosent lag when recording
