Balancing everything - suggestions ???
Hey, I need some suggestion to do with gaming...
I own a hub server that is very time consuming. As well as youtube and live streaming. I do youtube and live streaming to boast the popularity of my server. Thing is. I've just gone into high school and ... Things just got serious, that means I need to work harder. I want to keep my server up and my fan base but I need an idear on how to make it easyer. Any ideas?

No, please don't do this. Your suggestions don't even make the slightest bit of sense. I know you're desperate for players, I was too, but I didn't do this, and my server eventually got popular. I hate all of these people, they just look at the big guys and think that it happened in a day.
You have an ad in your signature so add something to the discussion and people might like you and check out your server.

Well I am too, you don't have to make anyone like Head Admin in two seconds but start people off as chat mods. This helped me a TON in picking Staff:

Anyway if you don't want people to be Staff then you're pretty much on your own with your server, and if you can't juggle school and your server then Idk what to say....

Concentrate on School. You will regret it if you don't.
As Cheezbergur said, utilize Staff. Mods and Admin to help control and boost popularity of the server.

Get Mods and Staff that can help you with the server and/or one of the other things.
Do you have time to do one of those three things?
If so I do suggest getting Moderators and Staff that can help do 2 of those things for you.
