The title says it all; how do you deal with your stress?
Personally, I just push away all the stress until a problem arises (something I would not recommend doing ).

I deafen myself with dubstep and play like 8 hours straight of Luftrausers.
I've found the worst thing to do is be alone in a quiet place because that just makes me even more angry, then I destroy the world or something dramatic like that. Also, stuffing your face with food is a great way too.

I find things to do and randomly research things that interest me or take our dog for a walk once in a while.
I've got 3 really cuddly cats and they know when you're stressed out. I'll cuddle with them and watch Netflix or play a game with friends.
VertziFortebags of snacks
As good food is, do not become a stress eater.
@OP: I would talk to a close friend or try to keep your mind off of it if and do something you enjoy.
Blanket cocoon, bags of snacks, jazz/ a radio station website, and a show marathon if I'm not working on something with the music. Then I promptly fall asleep whenever I get too bored to keep my eyes open.
Yep. Too bored to stay awake.
If I had some sort of pet I'd just scoop em up and take a nap with it. Too bad I only have these 12 year old parrot fishes floating around in my tank.

Play my favorite game! Try to forget whatever is stressing me and immerse myself in the game. I build something random on MC, or draw, that helps too.
I dont.
lel, but really, I run away to a 5 star hotel for a couple days and order all the room service I can handle. Expensive, but effective.

I tell my self to breathe, take a warm bath, clear my head and possibly take a nap. Then once I have woken up I will deal the the cause of the stress
