The Steam GTA IV Forums aren't working for me.
I made a Games for Windows Live Gamertag thing ...
I open the game try to log in and it doesn't work?
Says I have no gamertag when I do.

Steam was having issues with their servers earlier,
I could barely do anything on Steam.
Try again! Maybe it'll work now.

Did you activate the gamertag from the email activation link?

This is the reason I hate Games for Windows.... Make sure you're getting the gamertag, and the password correctly. Having no Xbox 360 can make this really confusing, so I'm not much help.
