I tried hostinger and they don't use php or something like that so i can't change my theme or anything

I would highly recommend that you have a look at HostingerUK. They provide free hosting and it will work perfectly fine for a growing Minecraft community website.
I would also recommend not buying Xenforo until you become more experienced, otherwise, you will waste a lot of time and money. Send me a Private Message if you need help setting up a website and Forum.

I've heard https://www.digitalocean.com/ is pretty good

I currently use them with one of the cheapest plans (Like $5 or something a month) and its been flawless!
