Hello everyone, i'm going to be making Let's Plays and doing dual commentaries with some people and then after ive done a few i'm going to speak with Machinima about making video's for them... But is there a way to change your name on Minecraft? Or make another account on the first one you've already created??? I want to do this because my name on Youtube is totally different from the one on MC.

There's a few SMP plugins through Bukkit that have a Nickname feature through which you can change your name, but it only shows in chat, not above your head.

Ya, to make a name change for MC you probably need to buy a new copy of the game, though it would give you a second account to film with if it helps. You might also send a support request to Mojang about getting your account name changed, though I am not sure what their rules on that are.
