How does the leveling system work on PMC? I'm assuming some sort of points accumulated through uploading skins, getting diamonds, posts, etc

You get 5 points for each diamonds and uploads, and 1 point for views and comments.
The more projects, texture packs, skins and mods you post will get you experience. The more views and downloads that these things receive, the more experience you will get. The experience system doesn't actually give you anything as such, apart from a sense of accomplishment I guess.
