Why can't i play penumbra overture but i can play amnesia??

Hello,i just got every penumbra game,so i wanted to start from the very star(penumbra overture) but when i installed it and tryed to play it,it wont,but i can play amnesia no problem,Can you help me!!!

Maybe your specs aren't good enough? Did you buy the game?

yea but i can play skyrim,amnesia,and killing floor.I said im missing openal32.dll
