I have created a bukkit server a long time ago but it still says failed to bind port every single time I start my server.
Moved topic to server help
This should be in server help.

@ Number1 I have shut down and re started my pc
Uhm Also This Happend About 4 Days Ago, My pc got hacked and it made my task manager say diabled by an administator, If you know how to enable it, Im an admin on my pc and it says that
You have to restart your server to fix this issue.
When stopping your server, you have to type the word 'stop' in the console (or type /stop in-game). If you close the console (a.k.a. the command prompt on windows or terminal on Mac), the server will still be running in the background, but won't be joinable. Thus, giving you the error: Fail to Bind to Port.
I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but this is the truth: I recommend NOT trying to setup a server if you do not know much about how a server works. It will save you a lot of depression in life, trust me.

When you use CTRL ALT DEL and Task manager you should only see 1 Java service running. besides your minecraft client. Sometimes a server will run in the backround and already binded to port 25565
I would stop all java services and try to restart.

Also It Was Runnning Smoothly Untill Now, Ive Been Had My IPv4 In The Server-Ip Feild but All Of A Sudden Now It Stopped Working?
Well there are other things, if your port forwarding is set correctly. and you've set a static local ip in your IPv4. then check your firewall settings. sometimes firewalls block connections
Yes I Am Computer Hosting At My House, And Im Using Windows.
A "Failed to bind port!" error occurs when the port the server is broadcasting on is busy. If you're using the default port (25565) and it says that, then it means that the server process is still running in the background or you have something else on that port. Are you self hosting? And if so, do you have Windows, Macintosh, or Linux?
